TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Individual user data is requested when ordering. This data is necessary for a successful delivery or for contacting in connection with the order. The relevant data include the full name and delivery address, the telephone number at which the customer can be reached until the order is delivered, and other data that must be voluntarily provided. This user data is processed in compliance with the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act and on the basis of the current data protection regulations of Pizza at the Brickoven LLC. Pizza at the Brickoven LLC uses the data provided insofar as this is necessary to process the order. Furthermore, Pizza at the Brickoven LLC will not use the data collected for advertising purposes, market research or similar without the express consent of the user. Pizza at the Brickoven LLC uses individual data anonymously for internal statistical purposes. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties. Knowingly incorrect orders, or orders without the intention to bind legal obligations or under the unauthorized disclosure of third-party or invented data is not permitted and can be prosecuted under criminal and civil law. The customer is liable to Pizza at the Brickoven LLC for any consequences and damage caused by Pizza at the Brickoven LLC and third parties.
